managero is a frontline operational intelligence platform for the commercial kitchen.
We build software that turns the scattered signal of daily service into one continuous, auditable record: the fridge reading, the probe temperature, the cleaning sign-off, the allergen matrix, the delivery that arrived at 6.42am and the name of the person who checked it.
Legacy kitchens run on distributed paper systems: clipboards, laminated sheets, a biro on a string. These systems fail silently. Data is captured once, stored nowhere and recovered under pressure. managero replaces this fragmented architecture with a single source of operational truth, deployed on the device already in your pocket.
Every check is timestamped at the point of capture. Every record is attributed to the person who made it. Every gap is surfaced before it becomes a problem.
We call this logging it once and going home.
ORDERS
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email hello@managero.co.uk with your order number as soon as you can. We can change it until your order goes to print. After that it can't be changed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Everything is printed to order, usually within a day of you ordering. Email us straight away and we'll do what we can before it goes to print. After that it can't be changed, but your right to return it still applies (see Returns).
I didn't get an order confirmation email.
Check your spam and promotions folders. If it isn't there, email hello@managero.co.uk and we'll resend it.
DELIVERY
How is it sent?
Royal Mail Tracked 48. It's printed in the UK in 3 to 5 working days, then delivered in 2 to 5 days. Allow up to two weeks.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing extra. UK delivery is included in every price.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not for DROP 01.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number when it ships.
Tracking says delivered, but it isn't here.
Check with neighbours, your building's post room and any safe places. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, email us and we'll take it up with Royal Mail.
What if my parcel comes back to you?
If it's returned because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we'll refund you minus the postage, or send it again if you pay postage.
RETURNS AND PROBLEMS
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed. Email hello@managero.co.uk first and we'll send you the return address. You pay return postage, and we refund within 14 days of getting it back.
My item arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong.
Email hello@managero.co.uk within 14 days with photos and your order number. We'll reprint it or refund you, and you won't pay any postage.
PRODUCTS
Do you have size guides?
Yes. Each product page has a size guide with chest and length measurements.
Will sold-out items come back?
DROP 01 closes at 23:59 on 1 December 2026. After that, nothing from it is made again.
What's the free sticker?
Orders over £50 get a free Atlas sticker, added automatically.
Where does the money go?
All profit from every item goes to charities supporting hospitality workers. Profit is what's left of the price after the printing, postage and card fees. We'll publish the total and where it went after the drop closes on 1 December.
Have I seen your designs before?
*Any resemblance to Big Brother-esque companies literally named after objects of mass surveillance used by fictional evil dictators is purely coincidental.
PAYMENTS
How can I pay?
By card through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout if your device supports them.
Do you offer discounts?
No.
