This notice is about the managero shop at shop.managero.co.uk. The managero app has its own privacy policy.

When you order, through Stripe's checkout page:

• your name, email address and delivery address;
• what you ordered, the sizes, the price and whether payment went through;
• an order reference that links your order to its payment.

Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We never see or keep your card number.

If you email us, we keep your email and our reply.

When you browse the shop:

• your cart is kept in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us until you check out;
• we set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising tools;
• like any website, our host records technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs, to keep the site running and secure.

• To take payment, make your order, deliver it and send your order emails. We need this to carry out our contract with you (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To keep accounting and tax records. The law requires it (Article 6(1)(c)).
• To handle returns, refunds and complaints, to prevent fraud and to keep the shop secure. These are our legitimate interests, and we keep them to what is needed (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell or rent your information. We do not make decisions about you by automated means.

Only the companies we need to run the shop, each acting on our instructions or under its own legal duties:

• Stripe (Stripe Payments UK Ltd) takes your payment. Stripe is also a controller in its own right for fraud prevention and its own legal duties, as its privacy policy explains: stripe.com/gb/privacy.
• Inkthreadable (Hyper Merch Ltd, Blackburn, UK) prints and posts your order. It receives your name, delivery address, email and what you ordered.
• Royal Mail delivers your parcel. It receives your name and address from Inkthreadable.
• Google (Firebase and Google Cloud) hosts the shop and stores the order record, in its London region.
• Domeneshop provides our email.

We may also share information if the law requires it, for example with HMRC.

The order record is stored in the UK (Google Cloud, London). Stripe operates internationally, and Google and our other suppliers may use their own suppliers outside the UK; Domeneshop is in Norway. Those transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations (Norway is covered) or on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which Stripe and Google include in their terms.

• Order records and order emails: six years from the end of the financial year of the order, because tax law requires it. Then we delete them.
• Emails about a return or complaint: as long as the order record.
• Server logs: up to 30 days.
• Your cart: in your browser until you check out, clear it or clear your browser's storage.

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your information;
• correct it;
• delete it, where we do not need to keep it by law;
• restrict how we use it, or object to us using it;
• give it to you, or another organisation, in a usable format.

If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, you can complain to us by email at hello@managero.co.uk. We acknowledge a complaint within 30 days and tell you what we are doing about it.

You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or call 0303 123 1113.

If we change this notice, we will put the new version here with its date.
